In addition to classes on Sunday mornings for youth grade six to twelve, we have a Junior and Senior High Youth Group. The Junior High Group is composed of youth in grades 6 – 8. The Senior High Group is composed of youth in grades 9 – 12. Their activities include fellowship with one another as well as ski trips, trips to amusement parks and bowling.
Our youth engage in many service opportunities such a raking leaves at one of our church camps, leading worship at the "Hanging of the Greens", collecting money for the "Souper Bowl of Caring" and providing child care for Date Night when parents get an evening out and the youth entertain their children. Every two years we offer a mission trip to the Sea Islands in South Carolina to build and repair homes.
Youth groups meet from 6 – 7:30 PM most Sunday evenings and at various other times for special trips and activities.
